Thank you for your interest in partnering with Unicorn Children’s Foundation’s Etsy store Virtual Uniquely Gifted Boutique and helping the special needs community. Please review the following checklist that will help you decide if you are ready to sell your items.
You have decided what portion of the proceeds from sales you will be donating back to the Unicorn Children’s Foundation.
You have decided on a base price for your item (item will be listed to include additional fees passed down to customer—please see Partner agreement).
You allow full refunds for customers (cost of item will be refunded to customer and subtracted from total payment at the end of the month—please see Partner agreement).
You have pictures of your items in perspectives or angles you would want to see when you shop online. This includes different angles to see shape and size, a model with the item and nice backgrounds that make your item the center of attention.
You used natural lighting to take your pictures.
You saved all images in jpg or png format.
You have counted inventory of your products and have them set aside for the Etsy store. You will not use these products for any other sale such as markets or sell these items to your friends/family.
Your products look like the product pictures and the images will not be misleading for the buyer.
You have experience shipping your items to customers.
You understand how to package your items securely to avoid damage.
You have transportation to and from a shipping center.
You have the ability to purchase and have access to purchase materials required for shipping (boxes, packing materials, tape).
You understand that you are responsible for the up-front cost of shipping all of your items (Unicorn Children’s Foundation will send you payment from seller at the end of the month—please see Partner agreement).
You have the ability to package and ship items within 48 hours upon receipt of sale.
You have elected yourself, or someone else, to handle all correspondences with the Unicorn Children’s Foundation in a timely manner (responses within 24 hours).
You have an email address and phone number up to date with the Unicorn Children’s Foundation.
In the event of an emergency, you have designated a second person to handle your communication with Unicorn Children’s Foundation who can handle shipping items sold.
If you are not able to sell your items for a short time period, you will notify Unicorn Children’s Foundation in order to temporarily deactivate your listings.
