Living Mindfully (virtual class)

This class supports mindfulness for both the beginner and the experienced. This class will explore techniques that build an individual’s ability to self-regulate and utilize calming strategies in daily life, work and relationships. First, calming strategies will be introduced and practiced. Then supported discussions on how to utilize strategies in real life settings will take place. Strategies include meditation, pranayama (breathing), mindful eating, using the arts (drawing and acting) and yoga. Participants will gain knowledge on mindfulness practices that can help bring calm throughout their day!
