​Unicorn Children's Foundation is partnering with Boca Raton Martial Arts to offer a fun Fitness Martial Arts class. This class is designed to build discipline, physical and mental foundational skills while learning basic practices of the martial arts, in this case Chinese Kung Fu. Students will be exposed to fun activities and exercises to achieve this goal, including cardio, push ups, squats, balancing and coordination drills in addition to power drills such as kicking and pushing bags. Our main goal is to create an atmosphere of fun, mutual respect and, above all, safety for all our participants.

**The value of this class is $160.00 per session but will be offered at a discounted rate, with support of available grants & donations.
