​​Unicorn Children’s Foundation is partnering with Firedancer Coffee Consultants to offer industry certification courses, in partnership with the Specialty Coffee Association, for individuals with special needs interested in learning about and working within the coffee industry, or perhaps own their own business. The Introduction to Coffee course will introduce participants to the world of coffee and its supply chain—from planting to roasting to retail.  Participants will also learn about career opportunities within the world of coffee, along with the skills and education required for each job.


This class is intended for adults or older teens. Individuals who have difficulties reading, writing, or retaining new vocabulary and technical information are encouraged to attend with a "coach" for support.


Cost: ​$100.00

**The value of this class is $200 per session but is being offered at a discounted rate, with support of available grants & donations.
