This course is designed to teach young adults practical conflict-resolution skills. Conflicts can arise in various settings, including school, work, and personal relationships. The course will cover various topics such as communication techniques, problem-solving skills, active listening, personal boundaries, emotional regulation, and cultural sensitivity. Let my experience and expertise help guide you using interactive exercises and real-life scenarios to identify the root causes of conflict and develop practical solutions. My approach is based on communication, empathy, and understanding. It will also incorporate role-playing exercises and group discussions to allow participants to practice and reinforce newly learned skills in a supportive environment. Every conflict has the potential for positive resolution when approached with an open mind and compassionate heart. So get ready to have fun and learn life strategies!
