Creative Workforce Solutions Conference: Meet Bob Willman of White Cane Coffee Company
A virtual conference to promote special needs focused entrepreneurship and social enterprises.
Bob helped develop a company that was founded by Erin, who is 22 years old and blind. He developed adaptations for the company that supports hiring persons with a variety of disabilities. They are the first company in the U.S. that has braille on all its packaging.
What will I learn during this presentation?
When Erin lost her vision, people stood in line to tell her what she could no longer do. She showed that she could accomplish starting her own company and becoming a national company. We also work on providing a work space that is inviting to people with disabilities.
Who should attend?
We work with families and individuals who are considering starting their own companies.
