They say I am overly sensitive and weird; a cry baby... I say I am compassionate, creative, and an intelligent and strong person.
After years of misdiagnosis, medical mistreatment, and struggle, I was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and severe anxiety. I became an advocate after my diagnosis, and have since become a freelance writer, speaker, and artist. My long term goal is to become a mental health specialized Occupational Therapist.
My biggest success was being asked to be a consultant for national policies on autism.
