I have been a practicing Certified Public Accountant in the South Florida area for over 20 years. After receiving a Masters of Taxation from the University of Florida in 1995, I immediately earned my CPA license and began my career in public practice. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work with clients in a broad range of industries and I have developed specialties in several areas, including:
Condominiums and HOAs
Real estate
Hospitality
Manufacturing and distribution
Healthcare
Telecommunications
Personal service businesses
My primary objective when servicing clients is to seek out opportunities to save clients’ tax dollars using various techniques such as entity restructuring and cost segregation studies. I enjoy giving back to the community and the profession. Currently, I am the Treasurer of the Unicorn Children’s Foundation and have been a board member since 2013. Additionally, I have served as a board member of the FICPA Atlantic Chapter since 2009 and as a former Chapter Chair.
