Adam C. Ziffer, CPA, is a senior manager in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF. Adam has been in the public accounting profession since 1995.
Adam has extensive accounting experience with particular industry knowledge of franchises, hotels, real estate developers, restaurants, telecommunications and wholesale/distribution. He is responsible for tax quality review and planning for closely-held businesses and individuals ranging in size from start-ups to $300 million in revenues. Adam has also worked with foreign nationals to ensure proper tax compliance for both green card holders and resident aliens.
Adam specializes in corporate, individual, and partnership tax planning with an emphasis on real estate acquisition, professional associations and closely-held companies. Adam has assisted clients on several cost segregation studies which have led to significant tax deferrals.
