Unicorn’s CEO, Sharon Alexander expresses, “Board governance is critical to the strategic growth and success of any nonprofit organization, especially during a time of crisis.  Wherever this current crisis is leading us, the future will inevitably be different. However, “different” may very well lead to a better destination.  Our Board of Directors are our ambassadors and we are navigating through this together to ensure that we are doing everything we can to support the 1 of 6 children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other neurodiversities, as well as their families.”

President Angela Fisher adds, “The last few months have been extremely challenging times for all of us, however at Unicorn Children's Foundation we continue to connect the community to resources, advocate for inclusive opportunities, respect differences, empower individuals with special needs and support success. Our new Board is very excited to work together to take Unicorn Children's Foundation to a new level.”
