Unicorn To Celebrate 10th Anniversary
​(February 8, 2008)

​Boca Raton, FL – February 8, 2008 –  The Unicorn Children’s Foundation hosts its 10th Anniversary Gala Celebration, Key to the Golden Palace, on Friday, March 7, 2008 at Palm Beach’s most legendary private club.  Proceeds of the evening will benefit the foundations’ education, awareness and research programs on behalf of children affected by learning and communication challenges.
Mr. Donald J. Trump is the grand honorary host of this magnificent evening which will consist of dinner, dancing, live and silent auctions, and a raffle.  The evening will be filled with special entertainment and surprises which will be disclosed during the coming weeks. 
The Gala will honor Unicorn Grand Ambassadors Mike and Valeria Rosenbloom for their extraordinary leadership and generous long term support of the organization.  Recognition awards will also be presented to Larry Witte, Esq., recipient of The Unicorn Children's Foundation Founder’s Award, and Mr. Donald J. Trump, recipient of The Unicorn Children's Foundation Shining Star Award.
Gala Chair Laura Moore, Grand Dame Jeannette Stark and Co-Chairwomen Ibe May and Lynda Zettel announced that there are a wide range of opportunities to support the mission of the Unicorn Children's Foundation, from purchasing raffle tickets and making donations to participating in the auction online or attending the event.
Live and silent auction items are currently available on the foundation’s website for viewing and bidding.  Some of the items include: a 1963 Silver Cloud III Rolls Royce formerly owned by Rex Harrison;  South Sea Pearl Necklace with diamond clasp worth $35,000 from internationally renown “pearl queen” Ella Gafter of Ellagem; Vacation in Cabo San Lucas in a 4 bedroom luxurious estate; diamond and sapphire necklace worth $40,000 by David Rosenberg of Rosenberg Diamonds & Co. and President of Diamond Bourse of the Southeast United States; one day space launch experience with the National Aerospace Training & Research (NASTAR®) Center, The Official Space Training Provider to Virgin Galactic; and rides on the Goodyear blimp.
