Unicorn Partners with Rosenberg Diamonds & Co. for Charity Auction

Boca Raton, FL – February 29, 2008 –  The Unicorn Children's Foundation (UCF) will auction an exceptional diamond and sapphire necklace valued at $39,900 on Friday, March 7^th at the foundation’s 10^th Anniversary Gala Celebration.  This necklace was donated by philanthropist and local jeweler David Rosenberg of Rosenberg Diamonds & Co..

David Rosenberg, born and raised in Israel, is a self-taught first generation diamond entrepreneur.  He hand selects each individual stone out of the finest collections. Rosenberg is currently the youngest ever president of the Diamond Bourse of the Southeastern United States.

 “The UCF is honored to be associated with David and his team and look forward to a long standing relationship with them,” says Laura Moore, the 2008 gala chair. “The person who purchases this incredible necklace will surely shine in its beauty.”

In addition, to donating this exquisite piece to the live auction, Rosenberg recently donated a $3500 diamond heart pendant that was raffled raising nearly $4,000 in proceeds benefiting UCF.  These donations are clear indicators of his commitment to our youth. 

This piece, along with our other live and silent auction items, may be viewed and bid on through the foundation’s website www.unicornchildrensfoundation.org.  Proceeds of the auction and gala will support education, awareness, and research programs on behalf of children with learning and communication challenges, such as autism, ADHD, aspergers, dyslexia, etc..
