Boca Raton FL – May 25, 2016 – On May 5, 2016, Unicorn Children’s Foundation honored women who have shaped the success of other women and families in our community at OndadeMar Boca Raton. These inspiring women were Felette Branch, Angela Fisher, Kathleen Grace, and Silvana Halperin. The store generously donated 30% of the proceeds for the evening to support programs that will improve the lives of children and young adults challenged by neurodiversity. Guests were treated to their own private fashion show when Nicole Shelley Models strutted their stuff around the store, showing off the beautiful swimwear line.
The evening was a dedication to the beauty and resilience of the modern woman. International Bestselling Author of “Prince Not So Charming,” Kathleen Grace, was on-hand for a special book signing. A special thank you to OndadeMar, Nicole Shelley, and Morgan Stanley for sponsoring this lovely event.
With 1 of every 6 children affected by some form of intellectual or developmental disability, most of us have experienced the challenges first-hand or know someone who has. Every single person, from the high powered executive to the stay at home mom, can make a positive impact and help a child/family in need.
