prospective supporters of The Unicorn Children’s
Foundation, Inc./The Friends of the Unicorn, Inc./The

Information about our supporters from the following

directly from an individual or entity regarding a
donation, inquiry, attendance at a UCF event or other
communication or form which may include name, address,
phone and other contact numbers. Communication may be
received via mail, e-mail, telephone, fax or in-person
correspondence.
We may collect
information from a third party regarding interest in UCF
when personal information is shared with UCF from
similar, outside organizations, in compliance with their
privacy policies. That information may contain name,
address, phone and other contact information.

is personally identifiable information, not limited to
names, address, phone, fax, e-mail and other means of
communication. Records of payments with personal
identifying information (i.e., names, affiliations,
addresses, and phone numbers, credit card and banking
information) may be obtained when individuals order
educational materials and make donations to the UCF.

Private Information
is only available to The Unicorn Children’s Foundation,
Inc, The Friends of the Unicorn, Inc, and The Unicorn
Children’s Foundation – Canada and will not be provided
to any other organization without your consent.
Private information
may be used by UCF to contact you regarding upcoming
events and news about UCF, and to solicit contributions.
Financial information about you will be used only if we
have difficulty processing a payment or donation.

Information about our supporters is available only to
The Unicorn Children’s Foundation, Inc., The Friends of
the Unicorn, Inc., and The Unicorn Children’s Foundation
– Canada. We maintain physical, electronic, and
procedural safeguards that comply with federal
regulations to guard your Private Information.
Website Policy
The UCF website (www.unicornchildrensfoundation.org)
does not collect any information about you, nor is it
our policy to collect personal information about you
when you visit the UCF website, unless you affirmatively
choose to make such information available to us.
