Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
Your Paypal receipt is your ticket to gain entry. All
cancellations must be received in writing. If cancellation is
received more than 30 days prior to the conference, a full
refund minus $15 administration fee will be provided. Refunds
will not be issued if cancellation is made less than 30 days
prior to the conference. Sorry, no exceptions.
However, you may substitute someone in your place if you are
unable to attend. Please provide at least 24 hours notice of
any changes
